Overgeared is one of my favorite books so there is definitely inspiration from it. So to answer your question, yes, it will be somewhat similar to overgeared. Also, sorry for the late response.

lol, you are right, things are a bit slow, but my intention with this novel is to actually make it a bit slower-paced than normal. I want to flesh out the world more instead of a do a mission here and leave. I apologize if it seemed a bit too slow and I totally agree with the arcs thing ill try my best to fix that. So basically what I'm saying is that I'm going to take my time, enjoying the view and stopping to look at the flowers if you know what I mean. But thank you for your critics they really helped!

Hmm let's see, idk about harem, if I do try it, ill need to research it to make it as best as I can, but currently, I'm still laying out the story so I'm not too sure. For the beta mc, I don't want him to be a pussy, but at the same time, I don't want him to be a trigger, happy killer.
