That depends. Some can be easily discarded by the body and some that are deeply learned stays permanent. When you're right-handed and just because you have amnesia for months, you become left-handed because you're confuse which is your dominant hand. Although, yes, general discussion says muscle memory last for months, but some says it takes years or even permanent. It depends, really. Sometimes, a change of routine can make your nervous system forget. But I'd bet my money on an elite warrior who had months of amnesia than an old veteran who hadn't fought for decades.
