If you manage to keep this opinion as you read without regret, I will salute you my friend, even more so if you have the mentally to keep reading.
I turned 27... still waiting.
I swear to all the cliche gods and over used plot twist demons, if she ends up being this real daughter, I'ma get an assault charge from my wall!
This is oddly cute and funny.
Oh?!
...I feel- extremely guilty of this. If more than an hour passed by on a message, or if I've got nothing to say, I won't respond. I've always found it unnecessary. Dude this just punched me in the gut, lesson learned I hope.
Like this?
it's not that she's stupid, it's that she has no choice. Both judges (her brother and mother) have spoken. She cannot say no. Bring it up with her father perhaps, but seeing his character he'd probably keep one eye open and let it happen. In his eyes the benefit outweighs the cost. If successful, he gets to boast of his son, if fails, all he loses is a useless chess piece no one cares for. It's sad, but the hard truth.
I swear to all the gods up above down, below and in between. If this man wakes up due to the ever loving bump to his head, I swear I will flip my computer desk into cosmos!
I wish I had read this review before I gave this story a go. Her actions are beyond sickening. She literally kicked him, his head collided with a table then later said "I'm sure it doesn't hurt. Fortunately, your hair is covering it. You can't tell it's there." like what the heck? Who does crap like this?
I hate that this attitude is growing on me. I'm betraying my morals. Someone send help.
I'm really hating her behavior. This spoiled brat act is making it very hard for me to continue reading.
Perhaps the scars were only on the palms of her hands. I once read of a punishment which involved sticks striking the insides of the hands, since the palms are much more sensitive and prone to pain than the upper parts of the hand. Knowing this, if this were indeed the cause, that would explain why it wasn't mentioned. It's easier to hide palms after all.
oh god that's just too amazingly funny!
As someone with 5 older siblings, I can confirm this without a doubt.
