Regardless, Nyra and I had been doing smaller lessons with Violet at night to keep her going and her mind used to lessons. We taught her all about reading and writing, math and basic science (as I could remember it). I did my best to teach her to think for herself, especially once I realized that a lot of things I know might not apply here.
