Definitely going to be, Neutralize the Problematic Ones (Like the one mutant that burns down organic matter in a radius by just existing), Contain the Idiots (Yes I am talking about the Scarlet Witch and Bacteria, too much power and idiocy to even consider proper negotiations), Allow the Evolution of Mankind (The Foundation doing their best to decode the X-Gene as humanely possible and erase the randomness of the power granted). That is what I actually hope, but anything less than cold calculation against the Mutants will in a sense destroy the immersion of SCP, but it's not like the Foundation doesn't understand the benefits or the dangers involved during the containment of any SCP, and Mutants aside from a few Omega levels aren't really dangerous or a threat to mankind.

Why sword and board instead of stealth archer you ask? I'd thought this through back in Ratan, scrubbing my brain for what I knew of Danmachi dungeon. But that's the problem, even Minato at the beginning doesn't use it as casually as Naruto, or use it to just grind. He only later started using the Jutsu when he became the Jinchuriki for the Yin Kurama and being revived from Edo Tensei which gives him unlimited Chakra, so giving Minato as an example is plain stupidity. In fact Minato treated the Rasengan as an Ultimate move with high requirements for control and Chakra, which by the time we saw him in action, he had enough to fulfill for both requirements. So even if he couldn't use it like Naruto, at his peak he could definitely use it a dozen times maybe, but that's a waste of Chakra when for the same amount the Flying Thunder God was far more practical.
Primarily, he hadn't been able to recruit Naruto Uzumaki, who had mastered the Rasengan. Otherwise, a Rasengan would have blown open any door. - ShadyGod1mthReplied to Hentai_Senchou
