lol but for now 2 minutes for a cooldown on skills early game is long but I also don't have any other standard skills to base it off of for example I play a game that has the fastest cool down of a skill as 1 second and with proper gear it can go down to 0.5 seconds so its a spamable skill but to compensate for it the max mp any character has is 100-150.
