Why not? The stated reason for there being 6 stages of replacement is the fact that you need a higher tier bloodline to overpower the old one, and that tier 7 is the highest beast tier. Felix isn't limited by this fact, so logically, he should in theory be able to keep replacing until he's used all the primogenitor bloodlines, and only then step into the origin realm.
Felix couldn't use all of their bloodlines and it was going to be extremely foolish to not take advantage of the rest.
