It's difficult to stay engaged due to the drawn out story sections that don't seem to contribute to an overarching goal. It seemed like a typical revenge story, with the usual continue to grow in strength tones. After the desert arc, you started strong with his return to the sect and his combat bet to steal more techniques. Then the romance bits that feel incongruous to the setting, now it's this battle with skeletons from seemingly out of nowhere with some god that automatically knew about our MC. I found myself mostly skipping most of the chapters waiting for a change as you never explained through the chapters why what was happening was even happening. I'm a huge proponent of not telling your readers and instead writing it into the story but it's hard to get a feel of the direction if seemingly random things occur because "reasons."In your defense, I wrote that when I first woke up and should be more tactful as you are being vulnerable in sharing your creative work. But if I have to keep paying for chapters that don't really add much then it doesn't feel worth it in the long run.
