(DETAILED RATING) Honestly, this is objectively one of the most well written and comprehensive novels I've ever read. Considering the number I've read is nearly in the thousands, that's saying something. I was at first hesitant due to the more silly sounding title along with the memes scattered throughout fellow reviews, yet I decided to go into it anyways. The quality has suprised me tremendously. Especially the character development, world building, and overall execution of everything. Though it's not perfect, it's superb in almost all aspects. The story seems very well thought out with all plot points coming together in a way that manages to feel natural and interesting. This is a big thing for me, with most plots feeling unnatural being a problem with most webnovels. As the main characters luck and plot armor triumph over logic and pre-established rules, this managing not to be the case with this one.Though there is luck involved, not only is it acknowledged by the characters to be lucky, but it's almost never enough to break immersion. The author also manages to make smart characters sound and act smart, that's cool. The evolving outlook of the protagonist is also appreciated. As his outlook changing so much is natural considering his current fluctuating circumstance. The characters in general are great. The author manages to subvert expectations when it comes to stereotypes, making all the characters seem like real living breathing people. The world is TOP NOTCH showing a level of thought and attention to detail most authors neglect. This leads to the world becoming more and more believable as time goes on. Especially in regards to the connection between the "game" this world is "based" on and the main characters current circumstances. Along with the science fiction setting also being the most believable one I've read. With the inventions and lifesyle of this future world matching alot of scientific principles in a fundamental way. A way that most SciFi novels disregard because "technology cool." Displaying a genuine understanding that grounds all of the tech in the world. Not to say it isn't wacky and that many things seem impossible, rather, things aren't over the top and make since considering what we KNOW about the universe. Powers and mystical elements are also great. They are both interesting and as equally well thought out. And, because of the authors foresight, manage to even help drive the plot in their own right. Dialog is great and pretty funny at times. Being part of the reason for the characters being so great. All around this novel has impressed me in a way no others have managed to do to date. In all aspects of a novel it is exemplary and when examined rigorously, it only manages to make the story look better. Good job author :). (P.S. Did you take this game consept from anywhere or did you make it up yourself? If so, it being your brain child, could I perhaps ask your permission to make a game based off it?)

I've seen my fair share of novels and fan fics. So, after reading the description, I was ready to be mildly entertained. Well, I caught up to the last chapter and am happy to say I'm pleasantly surprised. The core conspets aren't original on their own yet the author manages to subvert expectations and genuinely use them in new and interesting way. The addition of a bit heavier topics was indeed an neet thing to see considering most novels of this genre do seem to be a bit sterilized and safe. Not to say its edgy, rather, the novel manages to bring up more mature and interesting themes that make sense given the circumstances. The characters are nice, they have pretty realistic archetypes and good dialog. The world is also interesting. Even though the exposition can be a bit much, the world is pretty interesting and seems well thought out. It definitely has a lot of potential. As long as the author continues to expand both the world and the powers, it will be quite the banger. ( P.S. author, if you're reading this, I would just like to personally say good job :). Try not to get discouraged as I do think this novel can end up going places. For example, I read My Vampire System back when there was 30ish chapters, with only 20ish reviews, and look where it is now. I honestly think your novel has more potential. As long as you percivere the future looks bright. Also, maybe invest in a better cover ;). )
