I think what he meant is that he has given Konoha a leverage against him or Uchiha in general, with his control over 6 tails. They could use that against him or Uchiha clan. Thats probaly what he meant as stupid. Idk just my oppinion.

Why are you making the MC more stupid with each chapter? He was not like this in the begining, its like he is regresing instead of improving as a shinobi.
