maybe the divine dogs themselves isn't, but the shadow technique that comprises them probably meets the requirement since it's full potential can be devastating, escpecially the chimera technique.

honestly mahoraga vs base berserker heracles would probably end in mahoraga fabor 7:3. nothing against heracles he's my goat, but mahoraga adaptation is unlimited, but heracles adapts only when he dies which is limited to 12 times. you need a string enough attack to one-shot mahoraga but berserker heracles only has nine lives. maybe if he had a stronger weapon while using the technique but his basic sword wouldn't be able to get the job done.
