Decent Chinese fic. Have read the mtl before. System becomes irrelevant later in the story, MC kinda just stops teaching people idk why. The ending was kind of rushed. But the story as a whole is decent. Those who are expecting romance, don't expect much, it happens at the end. idk if its harem or not cuz 2 wives.

It has a slow beginning, so at first, I just left it for a while. But trust me, if you get into the novel's vibe, it's one the best slice of life pokemon novels. Also koraidon and cyclizar are kinda like Red Archer and Shirou Emiya from FSN lol.

I've read and enjoyed the mtl till 150 chapters, the novel betrayed its title, after 150 its all cultivation bullcr*p with a sprinkle of manga to keep presence author just forgot about all the American comics after marvel and all the anime.. if anyone wants to read the mtl go ahead, but if you dont wanna read cultivation stuff stop around 140ish chapter. Upto 140 its pretty good novel to read for time pass

I suggest you to be patient, the mtl title "Age of Elves: I started flashing with my handheld" alone itself is giving me brain rot.

First of all, the premise for the story is good, but reading the first 5 chapters made me want to smash my head on the wall due to the sheer stupidity of the MC. I can handle some stupidity and cringe for the sake of a good story, but this MC fires off unfunny jokes every few lines. Sorry, man, I can't keep reading. But by all means, keep reading if you like the fic; don't mind my rant.
