correct me if I'm missing something, but I think this confirms what I thought earlier with myghell having talent on par with Leonel. or at least nearly. he stalled his growth the same way Leonel did originally, but for a much longer time, and Leonel even says that he wouldn't even be much weaker without the node. potential best world would have had Leonel and myghell having a goku vegeta from birth.

personally, I feel that he could've kept the node and still been a general. as Leonel pondered, he might not have even known it wasn't his until recently.

if it continues, there is a chance to ruin the moment. if played well, it could enhance it, but that would be extremely tough to pull of. I hope the following chapters take us even higher!

yeah that is a factor that contributed to myghell being stronger than Leonel currently. but they say during the fight that Myghell is "asleep" with how easy his life was, I doubt he got a challenge to truly push his talent to the limit. Leonel also rarely has that happen, so I doubt either of them has truly scratched the surface of what they could do

I'm not gonna say I understand better than you, because that thought has crossed my mind already, I just think that if wise star intended that, then he would have already possessed Myghell temporarily

I think this is showing how even Myghell wants to prove his talent is superior to Leonels, and even Leonel is even considering him an equal opponent. I like how he is able to let go, I think Myghell being a vegeta to Leonels Goku would hasten both characters growth, and make their goals become exponentially easier to achieve

Wise star order was the one who chose myghell over Leonel, he knows of the morales and their potential. he just underestimated Leonels father specifically. he even knows about Leonels mother, and her general potential, also since Leonel is from Earth, you have to take the boost he gets from just that into play. put on the same level, I'd say Leonel is superior talent wise, but not by a large margin. I'd say it's relatively close. gonna read the next chapters now, so maybe I'll be proven wrong there. either way I'll be happy

his tier is higher, but it is stated that at birth they analyzed them both and stated myghell was better. I say equal as it is proven that the wise star order was underestimating things, but myghell couldn't have come so far just based on his family connections. it's stated even by his build that he is a hard worker

I mean, if put in Leonel place, all he'd lose is the node, and extra knowledge and pride. I think the wording is pointing to them being extremely similar people. I'm not saying I respect him, I'm saying I understand his perspective

it's like Might Gai and Kakashi from Naruto and their rival battles. they could do anything, but they do games of wit, or challenges where neither has any advantage. they know what they are good at and what they aren't, so they pick a middle ground to prove who is best. only difference is that in this case it might not be as good natured

I think it's a slugfest because they are evenly matched. mentally and physically, they don't want to win by using some trick. they want to prove absolute dominance over the other. how easy would it be for Leonel to manipulate his innate node and just dust Myghell or vice versa? I doubt that either could withstand it's power, with maybe a little odds to Leonel.

it's because Leonel usually comes in overprepared. this is the first time he has fought someone on his level, with the same, if not better talents than him. it's usually been super skewed in or against him, so usually short fights. this is good as it is a more technical fight, just like how the world building leads to believe.

I don't think Nana actually could see what their abilities were or would be, just that what she said influenced them so much and was true to their character. making it that they subconsciously chose those unique powers and it just looks this way because of hindsight.

TBH, I don't dislike Myghell, and would rather see him flip on the Luxnix and work for/with Leonel. Maybe he feels bad that even after taking his innate node, he is inferior, so he leads the Luxnix to help Leonel. idk, it would be a nice twist to have him hold up this air of overconfidence and arrogance, but in reality be a rarely found truly kind person.

I would be interested in receiving financial support for my work. Although I have only just started this story, it is the one of my 3 that I have started on here that I was most easily able to continue. I would like to write a bit more before I commit completely to this story, promising as it may seem.
