It's because in story, only a week or so has passed. Imo the hardest part of having good ce control is just getting used to it. As the mc is a total noob on ce, he's going to struggle with ce control until he gets the hang of it. It won't be long, so at that point the only thing left would be for him to learn how to use his ct

of course! i can't answer the question without revealing some things about the story, hope you don't mind. my idea was that his cursed techniques were restricted to some extent when he appeared on teyvat. obv i did this so he wasn't overpowered from the beginning, would be kinda boring, but as the story goes on these restrictions will be lifted. don't wanna explain too much in detail as it would spoil the story, but hopefully the answer i provided was satisfactory!
