As expected from the author who created the House of Horror, this novel is pretty good. The plot and the mc is something that readers can look forward to. The supporting characters are very likable, especially Cass. And the mini-villain (a conjecture of mine) Joker is really interesting. The only thing I don’t like so far is Mia. Her open and forceful acts of clingyness has made me cringe several times, but I do have some high hopes for her.
