For reference, the speed of sound is roughly 343 meters a second, or 1,235 kilometers per hour. I'm not sure if it still holds, but I believe it was stated that level 40 (elite), 60 (champion) and 80 (unnamed) are the major watershed points. A properly trained fast champion pokemon could probably go faster than than sound, and probably a dozen times that if the level 80 tier is still a thing.
