this would never work, 750,000 per person plus an additional 50,000 per person per year, with another 500,000 for those that excel. It works for small amounts of people considering you just got 22 billion. but it wouldn't work for 10,000+. With 10k people your looking at 7.5 billion with no bonuses for year 1 then 8 billion for year 2 so on and so forth and that's not including the heads and deputy heads etc. But if you are building a kingdom you'll need a minimum of 100,000 which is 75 billion plus 5 billion per year.
