It was very fun in the beginning but after he gets stronger is extremely repetitive. It boils down to mc going somewhere, meeting a 10/10 beauty, fights a supernatural or John wick level opponent, defeats them in a couple moves, has sex with the jade beauty, repeats. In the beginning, luke had to use strategy and intelligence to defeat a large number of enemies, then he defeated Freddy kruger(an immortal dream demon) and Jason Voorhees (superstrong unkillable Teleporting demon) in one or two moves

It's a good novel but too slow. It took 6 chapters before the MC was reincarnated(3 of which were just on wishes), and he is still on the starter island after 30 ch. In other fanfictions the MC's would have already crossed the red line but the MC hasn't even started adventuring after 30ch.

Dude accidentally talking would wipe out everything within hundreds of miles. I'm not surprised hes acting like this, with the stress of possibly murdering thousands of people always looming over his head.
