First there is a reincarnator who is not the protagonist with a The gamer system, Second you gave this same reincarnator the chance to get all the canonical characters of the DxD universe, for most people this gives the feeling of NTR, Third from what I I understand none of the canonical female characters is going to be the protagonist's love interest, who will probably be an OC character, plus there's the fact that it's not a harem, I know a lot of people don't like it, but for that you have look the general context of the world, For example, the world of DxD is basically a world created to be a harem full of fanservice, where the canonical protagonist manages to beat the gods by being a pervert. You've never described him, the only thing we know is that he's Haley's twin brother, but there's never been a proper description of what he looks like. We know what the other characters are like because of the show, even Gigi because she's a real person.
