No. Ordinary people who havent picked a class are worth a flat 5k, people who picked a class are worth 1k per level in their class, so a level 1 is worth 1K a level 5 is 5k and a level 10 is 10k

When you talk about plot armor you also gotta remember this point here, there's currently 20 other people that have surpassed him and so likely have their own little bit of plot armor playing around with them.
'If that's the case, it means there are 20 more people in the world that have slaughtered as many monsters as I did. Did they also pick a good job at first? Are there any cards with 5 stars or more? How good is a Necromancer among them?'
