Well it depends cause kurapika is a conjurer his ability is to create things that he imagines air and he's chosen chain rings as his weapon he has a total of 10 ring and 7 rings I think that are fully created ability wise. He uses limitation to make the rings stronger, the stronger the limitation the stronger the boost. The thing about nen is that each aura type has certain rules about it, but specialization is pretty vague about what it can and cant do.
