thanks. I always tried to be consistent
I think at the time my thinking was along the line with Ye Xiu being the main carry for Happy. So it probably be a good idea to not handicap your main player of the team. This is too far back so I don't remember what else I could have in mind back then lol
His old age put a damper on what he can actually achieve in the pro alliance. Same for Sun Zheping. Although he is extremely skilled, his injury limited him to one round per competition. If you do not have the physical ability, experience and skill can only take you so far. And again, for context, the assumption is that getting Fang Rui means adding a Thief to the roster. I don't remember Ye Xiu's intention to buy a Qi Master was that definite at the stage.
The skill level within Happy other than Ye Xiu, Su Mu Cheng, Tang Rou are quite average in the pro alliance scene. Wei Chen's age is getting the better of him. Bao Rongxing is a hit/miss depending on the situation. Wu Yifan and Deception of their strength but when offsetted against their weakness (experience, etc.) makes them slightly better than average. Luo Ji is subpar, so is Little Cold Hands. Thief might be good in individual or group battle, but is not the best option based on what players Happy already has. Their playbook, with a new thief, probably won't be too far off from their current setting with Qi Master Fang Rui. Have Ye Xiu pierce into the enemy to take out key commanders/keep them busy while the rest of the team take out the weak link or ambush play centering around the protection of Little Cold Hands. They lack an anchor they can rely on other than Ye Xiu most of the time. Although there is no single combination to trump them all, I am still of the opinion that they are better off with a different class. Just for context, my comment here is with the though of adding a Thief to the team and not a Qi Master.
Yeah sure, we can agree to disagree as there is not always a right approach that fits everyone for any situation.
I am sure you would have heard of what they refer to as the Acceptance Cycle. You start with denial, anger, depression, bargaining, acceptance. If you go in right away without giving people time to deal with losses in their own ways, you are more likely to cause more harm than good. This is why Ye Xiu's approach to this situation is the best.
Yep. Did refer to him as Sun Dumbass at least on one occasion
There's no guarantee future will go certain way just because there's no Happy. There are other grassroot team that started around the same time Happy did. If he end up in Miracle, the outcome wouldn't be too far off either. Miracle basically scraped up remaining EE players. If they picked up Ye Xiu instead of the others, chances are he will be able to build the team the way he wanted to. The owner may not be as generous as Chen Dumbass down the road, but they would most likely appease Ye Xiu for a few years just like Tao Xuan did with Ye Xiu at EE. By then, Ye Xiu would have gathered enough to move or he would be at the age where he can retire.
So what if there is no Happy? Ye Xiu will definitely return to the competitive scene regardless and Su Mu Cheng will follow along. There might be extra time needed before he would encounter Steamed Bun, but it is only a matter of time due to all the chaos he created in the server. As to how that goes, who knows. There's most like no Tang Rou and Little Cold Hands will stay in Tyranny. Regardless, Ye Xiu will most likely end up in some club that both Su Mu Cheng and he can accept. There will be less freedom but doesn't mean that they will be worse off.
compliment or brown-nosing. Know the difference, ya cockroach
enjoying herself at the expense of others? FK off
trust me, it is not my intention to convert people. It is more of a knee-jerk reaction.
nope
not breaking any rules so what rights do you have to dictate what I can/cannot comment on
Literally no one asked you to go through the comment section. So you're the one spoiling it for yourself
Little Mo is starting to think outside the box. Nice <3
