why the name of the character change for every chapter so confusing 😕

See this! I just gifted the story: Ice cola

why suddenly her name becomes diana. kindly check all the character name or you will confuse your reader.

can the author remove all the quotes from the chapter its eating up the story and always repeat the last part of the previous chapter. Just saying what i observe don't take it to heart.

the only thing i notice is that every new chapter the first paragraph starts from the last paragraph of the previous chapter which i think is not necessary as it eat up a lot of the next chapter and the update is slow and only one chapter. But besides all of that i commend the plot is good.

what happen to the author/writer till now no update.
