Margaret isn't the Madame of House Maverik, it's Caterina. However, Margaret is the granddaughter of Bassal Maverik, the ancestor of Nathan Maverik the guy Nuu just killed. So basically Nathan's grandmother would be the sister of Margaret, thus making the Viscount, his great-aunt. I can somewhat guess what you're worried about. You need not worry that at a crucial moment the system will show up to get him out of trouble, that will not happen. Although the time isn't fixed, there will be no asspull, I will expand further on this in the story.
