Instead of delayed, it would make more sense to use prolonged instead, delayed is in the sense of short or less of something, while prolonged is past tense for extended. There will be other definitions of the word but this is the simplest way I can think of to explain it, I hope this helps when you come back for editing in the future! ^_^

Here you are, your enhlish is quite good, I'm assuming it's not your first language, Author? In sentence structure abbreviations can be used, but at other times they can't be used, for example how you tried to use abbreviations in this sentence "here you're" if saying this outloud it would sound like "here, your" which doesn't make sense, so using no abbreviations makes sense in this context, apart from this and occationally mixing up pronouns, your English is really good! ^_^
