the use of weak puppet to kill lots of cannon fodder is actually good. maybe he can come with delayed attacks like his radioactive blade something like a puppet attack that insert a disposable puppet worm into a ninja it can either be 1) an automatic one that just tear through the ninja body giving it a poison effect without poison to negate konoha medic counter 2) a small puppet that react with inserted chakra and explode so when a medic attempt to remove the puppet it will take the injured party and the medic both it can be even incorporated into the first puppet worm 3) spy puppet bugs record conversation and are summoned back except for a fragile acid capsule that react with water so when the party is injured and drink due to desert heat I don't think medic ninja is capable of restoring acid or chemicals injuries another idea is puppet bugs that mimic sand to camouflage that just disrupt the enemy ninja sleep it regularly Release footstep sounds and mimic feint battle noises on genins children this can be a killer as ptsd and sleep deprivation is a hell to go through and also will the camp as a whole just need to work on camouflage so it's not discovered.
