Pretty sure that that means Kaito could target a vital spot, like his eyes or brain and it would guaranteed hit, no matter how fast he is. So even if it is a ‘small boost’ in power it’ll probably go right through a soft spot in his body

They probably have plainclothes officers of something similar patrolling as well. Also, how would they catch them in the act? I doubt that the kidnapper is stealing the kids in an area with people around.

I honestly think that this story is one of my current favourites. The author has done an amazing job at keeping the characters feeling both realistic and true to their sources whilst still giving them the capability for development, resulting in Hachiman’s decisions to be related with. The only issues I have with this are just me nitpicking, but this is a great finfic overall!

You do realise that the whole reason why he didn’t do such a thing was to reduce any possibility regarding anyone realising that Naruto was Minato’s son in order to protect him from the assassins that would’ve plot-armoured through any defences like that kumagakure ninja sneaking past literally every Hyuga to kidnap Hinata
