Biotechnica is petro chemical firm that pretends to be a pharma biotech company, they hold a monopoly on the biofuel crop that consumes 90% of the world's arable land and protect said monopoly through use of biowapons to wipe out competing strains. MC can screw them over hand by licensing the fallout fusion batteries to any and all corps and governments than can take them (all of them), the switch to fusion power from bio fuel would cripple them and free up vast amounts of arable land for real food production

I heard on another thread that he caused the data Krash because Arasaka was about to unleash soul killer 3.0 on to the old net which would have led to be able to soul kill and enslave the resulting engram of anyone on the net so to stop them he crashed the old net and the new not really worldwide modern version of net made soul killer 3.0 unworkable.

the thing that made edge runners from Rouge's generation great was the fact that pretty much all of them were ex-military veterans from the south Amercian and corpo wars , when they entered the edge running business they were already experienced and skilled operatives who knew how the game was played and were willing to spend decades building themselves up in the name of hitting it ultra rich through their most marketable hard earned fighting skills and retiring, while new bloods are all self-taught or poorly taught street kids and former gangers desperate to be remembered by the world that made it clear to them from a young age that they don't matter and no one cares by dying in a blaze of glory

you know with this skill he could become an incredibly scary net runner because in the end the day net runners are hackers so a grounding in how systems work and an understanding of programming are always going to be the deciding factors on what makes a good netrunner after the best make their own hacks and programs by hand

the amount of power such a seal would require would be massive well beyond anything other than capturing a tailed beast as its battery levels of drain, the idea is flop as it could take decades to develop such a seal only to run into the issue of powering it for more than a few minutes

Getting paid really well and good benefits is pretty good motivation and driving cause , doesn’t make people loyal unto death but the phantom seal means it isn’t a problem

This is likely the reason the other hidden villages don’t have as many S ranks as Konoha , its not that Konoha has better and more talented ninja its that the other villages are worse environments for cultivating S ranks than Konoha due to cultural politics and social reasons
