Nice red flag, I hope MJ will be the one to say the lines that uncle ben would tell to peter before he die so we can move on to this romance immediately, I say next chapter. this should be enough for peter character development and for me as a reader to be satisfied.

For me it's just fine, it's like reading English subtitle and my brain just automatically make japanese voices in my head, so little bit of Japanese word doesn't break my immersion to the story.
