I just thought about it. With Perfect Terrain Dominance, Inala should be able to induce fusion and fission reactions pretty easily, all things considered. All he needs to do is control neutrons to slam into large atoms for fission, and to get a fusion reaction, all he needs is high temperatures and to compact specific ions and nuclei.
