I dont think the eternal youth to be necessary... True dragon= spiritual being. True dragon + Human= Dragonoid. So a dragonoid would still (probably) be a spiritual lifeform. And a spiritual being is completely self-sustaining. No aging, no need for food or air or anything at all.
