Only the best kind!
I didn't even know Germany existed until I was like 11, so no. ;)
Nope. This one is a lot more menacing.
A fair guess, but no. These are shiny rocks, not decorative charms.
"Not really" - ODT, in response to "The current is fine" - Kileks, and then following it up with "never said it was a must." - ODT. By telling the audience that the current dialogue is not fine, you are therefore saying that it's incorrect and that using the correction you graciously provided is a must for it to be fixed! Do you understand or MUST I simplify my language?
In case you couldn't tell, that was checkmate. Drop the subject, you're contradicting yourself.
There are a couple of reasons why this is a nonissue. Firstly, it's dialogue. Not every character will live up to the linguistic standards that are common at all times. Secondly, the intent of the statement made it to base. Everyone understood what was being said without going through any mental gymnastics. Lastly, just because something makes you uncomfortable, doesn't mean it's wrong. Running twenty kilometers makes me uncomfortable, but I'd be hard pressed to find someone telling me I shouldn't do it. Yes, your 'correction' is how people tend to say it, but not everyone does, and neither should they be expected to in this situation. Be quiet, eat your popcorn, and enjoy!

I'm disappointed in you.
That's quite the breeze!

I don't know how but the, "and that's when everything stopped being good," gave me a good couple of chuckles. Thank you.
from oppression... no. More like freedom from operation depression.
No need to apologize, and yes, I meant personality. (Probably typed that on my phone. xD) I simply don't see him that way. Rarely is he as indecisive as you make him seem, and where the "easily manipulated" comes from is a strong personality trait that has been consistent throughout the entire story, of which is neither positive nor negative; he's just highly empathetic. The numerous women—as you had mentioned—in his life are basically all that consist of his social circle, and he looks to them for guidance on important decisions, as would a king to his advisors, a president to their executive heads, or a friend, simply looking for reassurance. Only the unwise and foolish would fail to do so, notably when one's judgments affect the lives of many, many others. Readers, If you are looking for a story where the protagonist only cares about his own needs and feelings, is a lone wolf, and is all but perfect, then this is probably not where you'll find that. Thank you.
I don't see your point? You can't just throw numbers around expecting me to understand without elaborating.
Double space after every period perhaps?
