during the first world arc, it's understandable that he won't let anyone in due to his cautious and paranoid nature, remember that pregnant lady that has an evil baby? if he let them in, the baby will wreak havoc in his bunker and also during that period his power is not that strong yet. His power scaling grows high enough when he spread the light disaster and he starts to strengthen other survivors. and at this point he already made his safe house mobile so no point to let survivors in.

This novel is freaking good. The plot and the world building is really grand and interesting while also bringing a sense of despair for each arc. Every time the mc think he is safe, the enemies are constantly described as stronger than the mc is. Personally I really liked this novel's stroy progression

u should read lots of crime cases, these situations happened often. Sometimes the victim is in shock and can't move at all

it basically absorbs the luminous value and after cracked it exploded. basically a bomb that's powered by surrounding luminous value
