Anyway author, if you read this know that I just don't like Kohta's character and the authors on this site usually always look like a nanny to him, I think they imagine themselves in Kohta's character.

His missions only include saving their lives, not training and giving them skills or anything, he doesn't need a random guy for his group, he will already have a very OP army, if he wanted someone with weapons knowledge (basically his only one useful "skill") he could get a military or police officer for his group and that would solve the problem.

Really, but that's not why he should just start training, helping him or something, because this is the first trip through the multiverse that the MC does and there are much better and more useful characters, even because the MC doesn't even have a party in your system.

It's amazing how most of the authors on this site seem to have some fetish for kohta, they always want to bring you to the group or help you in some way.
