Honestly I’m glad he’s going amped cause at the end of the day entertainment should remain the core. Although, if he does buy a company like intel it could work by just putting it squarely in the background of the story only appearing every once and awhile. But, I feel like focusing on entertainment and expanding into toys and theme parks and expanding to international markets is the better choice. Speaking of expansion I wanted to suggest that he buy or partner with Rankin Bass in some way because that way he can acquire a stop motion studio and there classic holiday films. They go independent in 1973, so he may be able to buy them soon if not now. Also, they have connections to Japan specifically Topcraft studio who handled a bunch of their animation before it collapses. The important part is that this collapse leads to a former employee one Hayao Miyazaki creating with other employees Studio Ghibli. This could be Duke’s way into the Japanese market and even potentially getting the ability to release Ghibli products in the U.S. Along with being at the start of the anime and manga industry along with gaining Allie’s there.

Honestly, I love the potential of this sports route. But, I’m more excited for if he does get into toy making and setting up brands that can be leveraged for toys. Such as He-Man and the masters of universe/She-Ra, BraveStarr, and the real juggernaut My Little Pony which would pair well with transformers. Not to mention Thundercats. He can save so my franchises that got disrespected and ruined by greed along with possibly filmation the people who made iconic series during the 80s. He could even leverage a show/idea like Jem and the holograms to create a fictional band thing with the music label and Animation departments using live special effects. Which would be a similar concept like the failed Disney concept band Halyx.

Dc and if you do it this is kind of the right time because it’s before Superman. Also if you do it can Duke save Christopher Reeve from his accident and befriend him. Because Christopher Reeve is honestly the best live action Superman. Not to mention with the right direction the Superman movies could be big. For Batman if not Keaton I just hope it’s some that makes sense also I would love for a proper Bat fam eventually and way later something with Batman Beyond.

Honestly I’m proud to say I’ve been reading since the first chapter of the original version. But this rewrite is crisp and better structured. It’s a real testament to the Author seeing flaws and fixing them. Also I really enjoy that the protagonist is now more directly involved in the movies than just producing them. I do hope he gets involved in film technology and improving that at some point too. Anyway awesome work more people should read it.

The chapters are better than most just keep chugging along. On the note of romance cause others keep mentioning it if you want to do a romance maybe do a minor character who doesn’t have a super complex/well shown personality. One character that could be interesting is Jessica Pearson’s younger sister Leah who appears for one episode. She has a lot of interesting potential and drama if they meet outside of his work and he doesn’t find out she’s his bosses sister till later.

It would be really cool if he added with Stuart’s skills some sort of large mural in the communal area. The mural could feature all the popular heroes.

When I said marvel female I was more so talking about any female from marvel as a love interest. In terms of Laura I just never liked Neal plus I’ve never seen it before. But it’s your story and I figured she was a stretch anyway. Now in terms of Marvel characters if I may I would like to propose some suggestions. First of all I think no matter who it is she should be in his age range. So my first suggestion is Natasha cause it fits age wise plus maybe he encounters her cause Clint dares her to right Santa a letter, which she’s never done cause red room. Idk just idea of the top of my Head. Another good suggestion is Aunt May (MCU) if uncle Ben is dead yet if not save him. She works because again similar age also who better as Mrs. Clause than a charitable kind women like her. She could even run F.E.A.S.T. (Her charity) still. A good third suggestion I have is She Hulk cause it would be a funny pairing. She could already know Scott through possibly assisting his former employer in legal matters.

Nice chapter. I asked this question before last year but then the hiatus happened. What love interest are you leaning towards for Scott? I personally would be interested to know cause there are many options from Carol, a marvel female or even Laura. Personally I never liked Neal so if you went with Laura I would be for it although I doubt you will. Although it might be nice to explore why Laura and Scott divorced in the first place and have them reconcile not to mention it’s never been done before.

I just realised that your rewriting honestly if you feel you need to rewrite I support it fully. Although I do want to ask cause I enjoy a well written romantic interest that impacts and improves the mc in these stories. Do you plan to include a love interest or love interests? If so while I’m here for whatever you write I feel like a love interest that is introduced early on and has a big impact on the mc and stays around with limited drama really adds a good amount of spice to the story. Sorry for the rant I just like your story and am intrigued if you’ll go for a long term love interest.
