the problem that I see in the way they use talent system is that it limits their growth, which i think should be called potential not talent, talent should be use for accelerating the learning speed of the pokemon on another level not stopping them at progressing to another level, even the potential of a pokemon cannot be decided unless they have some disabilities that will hinder their growth
