Nice work bro. Good integration of Natsus power in Naruto. Sasuke seems way more asshole than original but I like it. The change in every other character is also nice and seems perfect for the story. The flow of story also feels awesome. Keep it up.

That is some awesome start, I don't think anyone tried this start before. Man wiping out 60% of population. That's harsh. Next the wishes are completely awesome, if you keep the same quality I am sure your novel will be quite a hit.
