What chapter does it say there's a gate? Even if there is a fence, it would have to be pretty ramshackle to avoid blowing their diguise. So they could just run through it or over it or hit it with a spell and it would fall apart.
Zirani shouldn't be sleeping outside of her core in the first place. She couldn't even detect Aiden's aunt before she walked in the door. How will she detect people who can see her from several hundred feet away while she's sleeping? For that matter, she shouldn't be manifesting outside the MC's body during their trek, either. If she happens to be noticed, it would mean certain death for her and Aiden. This is central to the plot, too. Cmon.
It's a bit refreshing that the MC cares about and can make guy friends though. Seems like in 90% of webnovels, the only people the MC treats as humans are women.
Nope.
Lol. Yeah I hate it when books do stuff like this. I wish there were more books where things out of the ordinary did not routinely happen around the protagonist. Or at least, create a world where such things are plausible. If you yourself as the author say it's implausible, then when it keeps happening, the readers will just become unimmersed.
Well that's sociopathic.
What's he drinking the flavored water from? What is the flavor from?
Breaking a limb is different from "snapping" it. Either way, I'm guessing the author added "severe injury" as an afterthough, because this wasn't against the rules before.
So if someone can become a "flame moon mystic heaven general" by winning the competition, then wouldn't it make sense that a bunch of soul accumulation cultivators are participating? They'd have to artificially restrict the level of cultivators entering, but then that would mean a nihility cultivator that won would get to precide over the soul accumulation cultivators that weren't allowed to participate.
I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that the MC won't feel the need to kill her. It will be for some contrived reason according to the narrator, but we all know the real reason is because she's a woman and doesn't have to face the same consequences that a man would. But let's see. I will literally clap if she dies.
I feel like Chinese novels have a negative affect on my reading comprehension.
At least. He was supposed to be strong enough that the nihilities in fenghai county were scared of him. The book describes him as strong enough to stop the county governor if he wanted to.
Despite Variant Immortal School being only 2.4% of the Immortal Academy's student body, they control 96% of the press. I suspect this is having severe repercussions for the culture of the Immortal Academy. They need to reclaim the press before everything they know is propaganda.
It depends. The world outside of the city hasn't really been explained much. I think it's likely that humanity benefits far more than the people in the dregs suffer from blood loss. This is a world where human society needs to be as productive as possible for humans to survive.
The lives of the people living there are crucial to the survival of the city, since they're either top businessmen, extractors, or one of their family members.
I hope he dates a couple of super powerful extractor women in the future... It would be awesome to see them fight over Nick.
