You explained one word "Enough" for three whole paragraphs, about how he defused the tension. You're going round and round and round and the story has stopped going forward. Let there be progress in the story without it being too flowery. The time skip where he established his templars and got his castle just went by because of those very same verbose chapters. It would have been decent if you wrote it like you used to, it would have made the story more alive instead of seemingly AI.
