Bel implied that she had planned on getting pregnant, but Jin_Daoran likes to use unreliable witnesses in his dialog and story telling. If Bel really had planned on getting knocked up, then everything you said is probably wrong. It is even possible that Bel hasn't told the father she's pregnant. There is just too much we don't know yet.

To answer the question of how far along the cousin is, she is probably somewhere in her second trimester (4th to 6th month of pregnancy), since she has begun to show. She may even be in her early third trimester.
