honestly right, Webnovel audience are really weird, if they don't enjoy something, they will review it with low stars, instead of carefully making an honest review. this fanfic is pretty good for fanfic like this (2nd soul stuck into another person, just like that one Kiana fanfic I remember), I rarely see something like this, and I though you will make the 2nd Leon have his own body instead of merging them together. but it's okay? might disagree, Aeon embody their concepts as in Ideology, while herrschers concepts are more or less like the four forces of nature (therefore weaker). also herrschers can come back because of the cocoon, the cocoon can reset the planet with the end (the same concept as Terminus the Finality which probably where cocoon power came from) so it's not really a big deal for it to bring back some herrschers but it (herrschers) serve as a trial for humanity to overcome TL:DR Herrschers embodied concept of nature, while Aeon embodied the way of nature / human. therefore Herrschers are weaker than Aeon
