yeah the only time you should ever boil meat is when you're making a soup and you have to work with really tough and gamey meat

I'm willing to bet if the thing he enhances is already really powerful the cost is still cheap but taking something from a really low point to a much higher point is way more expensive than taking something from a relatively high point to an even higher point.
