I'm pretty sure it's not chinchou it's describing
Chinchou resembled a pink eel-like creature with a long snout. Two shell-like structures covered its chest, making it look like a mermaid. It also had a fin with purple tips resembling antennae on its head, along with a smaller similar fin on its tail. It had small eyelashes above its eyes, and two bright stripes on its purple tail fin.

the only move i know that acts like a protect and simultaneously burning the opponent is burning bulwark which is learned by gouging fire.....
