How inaccurate. Cordyceps is a parasitic fungus that attacks ants, hijacks their nervous system, and forces them to hang upside down from a high leaf above an ant trial and starve to death. The fruiting body of the fungus then emerges from the ant's neck and spores rain down on the ants below, starting the cycle all over again
