It’s actually hilarious thinking back about the chained isles arc Sunny seemed normal for once compared to the weird Noctis
I stumbled on this book on a stroke of pure luck. Let’s start this review. The story begins on a tragic note taking readers through a rollercoaster of anticipation and curiosity. Interlinking events through prophecies and Easter eggs which are never simple tropes. The worldbuilding is vast and complex with clear laws and existing frame on what the story propells itself. Characters are not one dimensional and are far from boring even the less important ones. The world oozes with suspense and mystery. Never boring keeping you on your toes it is nervewrecking at times and tragic on others. The characters seem human and deal with problems like we do even awakened or masters. The power system is well established and a fresh of breath air. I really enjoyed this book 10/10
