Hey, I'm coming back here again after Ambedkar's chapter. The more I read the more I feel how India could have been and it's breaking my heart to see where we are now. The audacity of government, politicians and even common people to be so selfish to just make their own wealth grow. I even see military people committing traffic violations, spitting on the road and treating civilians as if they are inferior to them. The frustrating everyday things I see make me appreciate your novel. I thank you sincerely @author I saw your notice. Update when you find time. I'll be waiting for more.

You can find scrolls and all but by age 12 mastering jutsus(also nature manipulation, shape transformation) is one thing, having enough chakra to perform these jutsus(unless you are uzumaki or senju) is another. Even Hashirama, Madara and Tobirama were not that strong at age 12 in warring states era. Hokage and elders should know this. He has the strength to suppress them. So whatever he says may work out in his favour.

By the time Tobirama revives he will be far stronger. so doesn't matter
