Honestly the OPM world isn't actually that strong of a world, there is a handful of actually powerful beings in that world and compared to worlds like Danmachi, Highschool DXD, and even Naruto it could be destroyed by these people. Then again Naruto is similar in strength to OPM world.

Because they were created by the same people as originally and not by the mc. If the mc forces people to change their npcs it will cause problems and the members could quit which would cause the npcs to hate and then lynch him thus ending up with him having nothing.
