My head cannon for stata have always been the formula of: n=(current level/10)-1 ; x=stat value ; (1+n)*x + (1+(n-1 level)) *(x of previous level) +... +(1+(n-a levels))*(x of level 1). Or if that's too hard to read its basically all the stats from previous levels add up but after level 1 the stats from next levels have a slight increase of 10% each time so level 2's are their lvl 1 stats + (1.1 * lvl 2 stats) and then lvl 3 would be that plus (1.2 * lvl 3 stats). It's just my head canon but it would make Rex rn effectively a little weaker than a lvl 3 that only levels up once they hit 999 on all stats.
