The number of Astra is 'Four' so it should be weaker than Xenon's powers, defeating Xenon using powers shows that she has a higher number than 'Four.' Xenon may have been expecting that Astra is stronger than what it seems but the crowd surely doesn't.

The referee is incompetent. They should have at least a way of knowing whether a contestant gave up, maybe pushing a button that was given to the contestants or something.
