I really started disliking this fanfic just for the amount of sarcasm that this A.I make just seem more human , author you really have to find a balance , because there is nothing funny about voldemoort regaining power , technological system he is going to die if he face him now

The golems were semi sentient in nature so they could plan and make strategies as well. Nick didn't create truly artificial people however as that was a whole moral issue that he didn't want to deal with. The golems were more along the lines adaptive a.i with a hard limit encoded into them to keep them from truly blurring the line of what was and was not a person. He could make artificial people if he wanted to but Nick knew that was a whole thing best avoided if possible.
